I've finally put some miles on the Andersen hitch and its working fine for me. I have puma kf30bds and a ex cab 8'bed superduty. I know it's transferring weight as I can tighten the chains as its being hooked up and watch it pick the tongue jack up off the ground.
I was skeptical at first, but it's quiet, easy to hitch/unhitch, with no white knuckle experiences on the road. I'd buy another.
