Anderson Camper Levelers, anyone use them, do you like them?

I was stationary. I found they sometimes slipped on the ground. I was offered a replacement--but it never arrived.

Not what I wanted to read, sorry that happened. Did you contact the manufacturers to see if they would replace it or refund?
