To have this happen as you're pulling up on to an Andersen leveler would be shocking enough but having this happen in the middle of the night as you were sleeping must have been terrifying ... yikes! :E In my world it's my responsibility to make sure our trailer is leveled & properly chocked so it can't ever shift even the slightest, no matter the slope of the site, and my wife trusts me to do this. I have little doubt that if this had happened to us in the middle of the night that would have permanently been the end of our camping career. Yikes! :E
Even though it may take a bit longer to set up than the Andersen method I think I'll stick to my tried & true Lynx / Wood leveling system, secured with rubber chocks - works perfectly every time no matter the slope of the site. :B
