I remember a worse case a few years back, here in Texas, which was a case of a drunk "watering" a wall. A school bus passed by. The result was 25 charges of indecency with a child, and last time I heard, several hundred years in prison (due to the judge sentencing the guy to consecutive time, not to mention throwing the three strikes law at the defendant.)
