True story. Friend of mine is a cop (many such friends, hazard of dispatching them) tells of stopping and ticketing a drunk who was "Urinating in public"
Man was doing a good job of filling up his shoes (did not shoot very far) And they were very expensive (I think he said Alligator" shoes.
