Yes, it is speculation, but based upon experience. We campground host 7 months per year in two different states.
I can state from experience, not speculation, that 80% of the time when we have to deal with an incident, alcohol IS involved.
Does that mean 80% of the population consumes alcohol? Or 80% of the problem makers have to go #1. Can I say that?
