I'm also surprised at most of the responses. It might be "natural" out in the middle of the woods somewhere, but it shouldn't be acceptable behavior in a mobile home/RV park.

Should have reported him for indecent exposure.
Unfortunately that "whip it out and urinate where ever" behavior isn't limited to lackwitted RVers, nor rural areas... one comes upon that mongrel behavior in urban areas as well. The planet is overpopulated with these lackwitted pigs.
