Not speculation on my part, but rather experience.
When campground hosting, at state and federal campgrounds, we are called out to handle problems at night.
Loud music or other noise is the most common complaint, although there are many other reasons. One camper was deathly afraid of the Armadillo that was passing through the campground. LOL
When we arrive, at a noise complaint, 80% of the time, or 8 out of 10 times, alcohol is being consumed by those causing the problem. Some just a drink or two, others “falling down drunk.”
Again, not speculation, but rather, experience. Is that clear now?
For what it is worth, I happen to agree with your premise that most everyone relieves themselves out doors sometimes.
