- My question would be why? I've been workamping since 2006. Most places are looking for plain old worker bees. Owners and managers already do what they want to do, how they want to do it and aren't really looking for folks to come in and 'improve' their business.
I have seen several ads for long term positions managing mobile home parks that also rent to RVers. - The hospitality industry (hotel management) probably holds seminars conducted by their association. You can obtain a four year degree in Hospitality management from many respected universities including Cornell, Michigan State, Virginia Tech, Penn State, and Purdue just to name a few. A degree would certainly prepare you for a work camping experience!

- What specifically are you looking to learn?
Try looking at hotel management - you would get the basics!
