Depending on the resin used in the OSB there could be some gasses in the smoke. I suspect the amount of any potential risk, though, to be minuscule compared to the known toxins and carcinogens in regular wood smoke. Dry or wet, hardwoods or softwoods, does not matter -- all burning wood emits a long list of really nasty known carcinogens and toxins. So I am not going to get my knickers bunched up over a small amount from the OSB resin.
Painted or preserved wood is a different matter, though. Those have enough toxins in the smoke to warrant concern.
We no longer do campfires anyway. We do not object if others in the campground have one, we just do not use one ourselves. We have a perfectly fine 'camping experience' without one.
