Thanks to all for the responses so far. Been towing since 1991. Prodigy user since 2002 and this particular unit was installed in 2009. Unit is nearly level in the TV. Where the brake leads enter the hub was my first hunch and that is not the case. Next stop - we'll pull the brake drums and have a look.
