Anyone flat towing a 2011 Honda Element EX auto. 4x4

Question

Looking at buying a 2011 Honda Element EX to tow has anyone flat towed a  2011 Honda Element with auto trans. 4x4 ? It seems to have the same drive train as the CRV . Any information would be appreciated.

The FMCA, 2011 Towing Guide does not list any model of the 2011 Honda Element as towable.  Also, the 2005 is the last listed as towable. Hopefully someone may have a different answer.

I'm flat towing a 2011 Element 2WD auto. It is the same drive train as a CRV.
Voids the warranty but I have never had a warranty claim in four Honda's yet. Worse case is I'll take the baseplate off. I can take it in 30 minutes.
