It is on wheels, so you might be able to get it on your luggage rack... but it may be nearing load capacities, especially with most hitches having a 500 pound tongue weight at most... and 379 pounds may be empty, so factor another 100 pounds for the fuel.
With no noise level specs, so I'm guessing this thing is going to be extremely loud... loud enough that even the owner may not be able to sleep with it on, much less anyone in a half mile radius.
Only way I could see using it is if I put it on a cargo trailer, then either dug a pit so the generator is halfway in or sandbagged it. Both are good enough for US servicemen with their diesels. However, not many places allow that to be done.
