Most laws are interpreted, usually interconnected to other laws and are complex and/or ambiguous
Rules, laws can all be taken out of context or stretched to extremes with far out what if scenarios to create arguments from either side or view of the law or rule, as we see here all the time and as recently as your quoted post… if it’s important enough to you that’s what the courts are for… most states laws have some non- interchangeable and unique differences from other states laws and are not universal unless trumped by federal laws…
Campground rules are written and can be very liberally interpreted by the CG management and generally would not violate state or federal laws even if you disagree with them… which is what your thread really seems to be about after the recent confrontation…
Other than ease of research of what importance is it if they fall under the innkeeper laws or a completely different set of laws, each state would most likely yield some different results…
