It seems to Me that Rules in general are usually always slanted in Favor of the party that wrote them!
In Bc there is an Innkeepers Act that I understand applies to Privately Owned Campgrounds and RV Parks.
It does not apply to Government Run Facilities!
I believe that Most People use Common Sense when dealing with others!
