Not quite. Section 509 refers to "Membership Campgrounds."
Regular campground laws are not uniform state wide, although they are similar.
One of the main reasons is that all 67 counties in Florida have a strong county government when compared to other states or commonwealths. There is bound to be some variation.
Call it anything you want. All I know is it was not until I crossed the Florida State line that I had to start paying an additional 7% to 9% bed tax on top of the state tax for my CG fee. Which most certainly did not equate to nicer CG's either. Far from it.
The CG's were way nicer North of the Florida state line. :W
