Same with private investigators. As long as they are taking shots from a position on public property where anyone else could do the same, it's okay. Insurance companies use the evidence in court all the time.
All lawyers want to do is transfer money from someone else's bank account to theirs. They don't care who they hurt in the process. Heard that from a law professor in a law class in college. Said that's why he'd never be a practicing trial lawyer.
