Nice ! I did some flat concrete work and overhang trimming on the side of the garage and can slip it in between the mutual fence with the neighbors house and mine.
The neighbors place is a rental , so it helps with the noise/view the renters cause when they have their weekend parties. Great kids so all we don't have any problems with them...
