Many states have a vehicle registration fee and also levy a personal property tax on vehicles of every kind. Arizona rolls those two fees together into one annual fee.
Re Fed Income Taxes, they raised the Standard Deduction a couple of years ago, so very few taxpayers now ever have enough qualifying deductions to itemize instead of using the standard deduction.
