The place where I used to park my RV was fine with RV maintenance, just no chassis/engine work -- had to still be driveable during the work. So maybe you can rent a spot somewhere maintenance friendly for a month or 2 while you work.
Since you're a fulltimer, if you need to live in it at the same time that might be harder, this place had a strict no-overnight rule.
