I have on many occasions used outside storage lots for minor repairs on
my TT and also major roof recoating and washing and waxing of the trailer with no problems from anyone. I do this on Sunday mornings and holidays when office is closed. Used my portable generator for power tools when necessary. Of course have cleaned up any mess I may have made. Works for me.
You could always rent a spot for one month or more.
