my 16 year old said he felt "indifferent" -- he is a go with the flow kind of kid (just turning 16 this week). My 14 year old daughter has a terrific sense of adventure and loves camping. Her twin brother complains the whole time we are camping but then wants to know when we are going again.
I don't expect them to have jobs while in high school and we haven't tackled college yet. Great answers-- yes, I can see how for some it is a scheduling issue and how for some it is different configurations of k, gk, ggk. (though I am very excited to hear the GK and GGK part!!)
