How absolutely STUPID! Underdeveloped brains and only out of diapers a few years.

And to think they've probably done that many times.

It's an older video but proves some people have more money than brains.

Seen that video a couple of times. Although STUPID, I don't think there was any water inside. Never really goes over the skirting. Shouldn't be much different than going through a big rain storm
