Technically your GAWR listed on the VIN sticker should include all members in the running gear. If your tires and wheels do not have a 5,200# rating, that is not correct. You only have 5,080# worth of tire and wheel if you are on ST225/75R15's. Unless you have some other tire size that can hold more, I would call let the manufacture know and ask how they can do this.
Rubber torsion axles can be rated 5,200# but again the tires and wheels have to be large enough to use it.
This problem has shown up on some campers before. And there have been posted regulations to show it is not correct. I would have to dig to find the exact reg but you can read the side wall rating on the tire yourself and see if there is a problem.
While not printed in a government spec, see here from Dexter axle. Look at the last paragraph of page 2 under load ratings. I knew I could find it here quick.
