If the slope is indeed that steep, you might not even be able to get the trailer down there. The rear overhang of the trailer could hit ground at the bottom of the hill before the wheels reach bottom and start leveling the trailer out. This will leave you beached on the hill with a damaged trailer, likely needing a tow truck to winch you out.
Unfortunately the only way to know for sure is to try.
