I'm sure you can get the trailer down in one piece if you get it right on the first try and keep it slow. I would worry about having to stop mid hill and pull up to make a correction or how you will retrieve the trailer when you need to move it later. You need a heavier vehicle to do this task just in case something goes wrong. While I would consider an anchor vehicle at the top of hill to help your Jeep, I don't think you will have one large enough for the Jeep and trailer.
