One more thing you need to consider... Roof clearance! Are the trees cut back enough that you can get something that's square on the top and measures 10 feet 11 inches (or more) a square box ... without hitting tree branches on the roof?
If you are not permitted to clear the land or develop it in any way, are you asking for trouble if you trim trees also to make a clear path to accommodate the height of the trailer? Something to think about there!
