I'm with you on this one. I have had a few bad experiences with the other person getting even louder and more obnoxious after they knew I reported them. I changed campsites to get away from rowdy campers that got rowdier and more directed at us after the management asked them to quite down. Needless to say I have never returned to that campground.
Yeah, was in a similar situation years ago. depends weather the establishment is enforcing their own policies and security. The place we were at wasn't, short story, owners did nothing to remove the jerks and everyone (there was a whole bunch of other camping families which including us) ended up leaving.
