Same with Florida State Parks. After the camper next to us left we called the rangers because they left the site a disaster. Little dog poop, dog food, water balloon pieces and plastic smoldering in the fire pit. We helped the Ranger clean up and were told those campers will be barred from that place. They have names and addresses.
In Florida, they will be barred form ANY Florida State Park.
