I have been to campgrounds that have posted rules about some of the above mentioned happenings. Being courteous and respecting other campers' space as they should yours should be all that is necessary. Unfortunately, it is a "ME" world and apparently those rules don't apply anymore. I do think that when you go to a campground a copy of the rules should be handed out and when you sign for the spot you agree to follow the rules or face eviction. At least you are made aware, if you chose not to read or abide by the rules you have no argument.
I have also been to campgrounds that really don't seem to care about how people act nor do nothing about it. Needless to say, they are on my black list.
