We have always had to store ours. It would surely be nice to have it at home, but we have a huge storage space that is covered, the gate is locked, and there is video surviellance. We are used to it and have had no problems. It is less than 2 miles from the house and can be picked up in 10 minutes. I would not sell. Good luck.
