I had a 40' Class A STOLEN from a storage facility..they hot wired it and drove the thing right through the locked gate!!! Not good....
That said, I'd still keep the RV..store it while you muster up like minded folks to march on City Hall. Send letters etc. You will need the RV just to get away and regroup your thoughts......Dennis
