After 50 years of RVing I moved into a gated community that does not permit RV-boats-any sort of sport equipment. So I had to rent space about 20 miles from my home. 1 year was enough of that. There are so many things that I do all the time to an RV in the way of maintenance, waxing, checking out generators etc that I finally gave it up. It was inside storage, but it still became filthy with dust, bird droppings etc. I did not have any thing stolen or damaged. I had to call ahead several days, if I wanted to enter the pole barn to perform maintenance, this was a head ache also. I wish I still had it, but I am learning to live with out my beloved motor home.
