Too many stories on here about RV STOLE from in front of homes, to consider that an issue. Should not be an issue at a good storage yard.
If you can't get it out of the driveway along side the house you are likely out of luck. What about making the space by moving the AC unit, if power pole is an issue, you could get the Utility to move for a price. Surprised you don't have underground utilities.
