Go Dogs, You should have the right to get on the agenda of your local council and state your case and asks for consideration to allow parking RV'S as a practice has already been established and then just to throw your RV off your property with out prior notice of the rules change since it has been the practice of you and your neighbor from the time you moved in. The association may have another say in the matter, but you should have the same options to state your case. I personally don't think RV's hurt a thing on a property. That's partly why I don't live in a association area or in the big city.
