For the most part, it's a beautiful state (California). Making the best of subject situation takes too much of a compromise for me. Texas is not the prettiest, but it sure works for me. And, if I couldn't keep my MH in my own backyard, I would move,.....or sell the MH if I couldn't afford to move.
