That is a really good deal. I am paying a little over $200 a month (after taxes) for my storage now (35X12.5). Just went up again. It is covered with non-metered electric but it's gone up $30 a month in the last 3 years. Storage around me for just a basic parking spot outdoors is close to $100 a month.
