OP - sounds like the yea or nay on a storage facility ....
"ball is in your court".
BTW - standing up and speaking at a council meeting may help, maybe not. But you will get to vent and (maybe) feel better.
Prepare your statement - be polite and articulate.
Obviously there are "haves and have-nots" - which is not exactly fair play.
Keep going back with a new "take" on the regulation - and why it should be eliminated or modified.
However - IMO - parking in the driveway can be an eyesore. Some cities require parking beyond a certain setback.
If the criteria was in place *before* you began parking your RV in the driveway - it would seem you're out of luck, even if it wasn't enforced previously.
