I understand the difficulty of finding a place that will allow you to have an RV on the property. I was amazed at how many places would not even allow you to build an RV garage. I spent many years looking for a place to live that would allow me to build an RV garage or shelter. Thank goodness I found a great neighborhood with reasonable CC&Rs and no HOA fees. I think the neighborhood is growing fast because of this. I moved in a few weeks ago and have my RV safely in the garage. It is hard to store the RV but if I could not have it at home, I would still have it.
