Baltimore tunnel
I am heading south on 95 from Pa> I need to avoid the tunnel in Baltimore b/c of propane. What is best way around?

The toll takers will shunt you off onto city streets down by the water front. Very little direction to recover and not to nice of a neighborhood. If you enter the tunnel form the side without the toll booth, and the MSP is lurking, you will get a ticket. And to make sure you appreciate it, it will be an appearance ticket. You can't mail it in. You have to come back to court.
When I have to go north, I go over the Key bridge on I-695. Yes it is a toll, but its a bit shorter less congested route.
