Baltimore tunnel
I am heading south on 95 from Pa> I need to avoid the tunnel in Baltimore b/c of propane. What is best way around?

Take 95 into Delaware and exit onto 896 south toward Middletown. 896 becomes 301 as it goes around Middletown. Follow 301 to rt50 and cross the Bay Bridge toward Annapolis. Pick up 95 on the other side of the Bay Bridge. Bypass Baltimore all together. Great roads, less congestion.
