Battery toggle switch

My battery toggle switch has an on/off/actuator , what does the actuator do? Can someone explain how to use or what’s it for? Winnebago 2020 micro mini

Battery disconnect switch. there is still some paracidic draw when turned off, CO, lp, radio.
