Battery toggle switch
My battery toggle switch has an on/off/actuator , what does the actuator do? Can someone explain how to use or what’s it for? Winnebago 2020 micro mini

It's all guessing anyway. Online define says an actuator is a device that causes a machine or other device to operate.
My guess is your unit has something or other that needs power during storage, or maintenance or whatever; a time when you want the rest of the house "Off". "On" of course being normal operation.
