Below freezing for 5 hours

Because of the altitude we camp at (9-10,000 ft) we see temps into the twenties every night spring and fall. We haven't had a problem yet even though we do not have a enclosed and heated belly.
We do open the cabinet doors in the kitchen and bath, run the heat at night and put bath towels over the windows but that's about it. As long as it warms to above freezing the next day we are fine or have been so far.

When the temperature goes below freezing, we let the faucet in the kitchen run very slowly throughout the night. Running water prevents the pipes from freezing. It only needs to run a little bit. But remember to open the gray tank! Another option is to disconnect your water hose and then reconnect it in the morning. The problem with pipes bursting seems to be the outside connection/pipes.

You have nothing to worry about.

Good to know - it's just cool this one night. Weather record being broken tonight. The farmers are covering their crops.

I don't know how old your rig is, but I have a friend who is a plumber who keeps some sealed up pieces of Pex plumbing pipe pipe full of water in his freezer to take it on sales calls. He pounds with it and bangs it on cement and everything trying to break it. If you tanks have room for expansion you should be fine. I really doubt that they will freeze solid in that time period.

Google Ultraheat for a permanent solution. Used their stuff on two TT's, and it worked just great.

we are in NJ, have camped in similar weather, no worries. Just watch that warm air is getting to your pipes, if you have a pipe that runs along an outside wall keep the cabinet open for the night. our pipe for water to the shower runs through the vanity on an outside wall, so we keep the vanity door open. we learned that lesson the hard way, went to take a shower after a cold night with snow and didn't have water, fortunately the pipe didn't crack and a couple hours of the space heater blowing into the cabinet it defrosted.
