RVPR is user driven. The ones you see listed are the ones people have submitted reviews for. If it's not listed it's because no one (people like you and me) has reviewed them. The staff at that site are full time RVers and don't actively look for new CGs to list. I've found quite a few gems near small towns through RVPR. If you have stayed somewhere that isn't listed, just submit a review and you'll get it started for that CG.
