The most complete listing I know of is allstays.com They draw their information from state dept. of health licensing, which covers all private camps, all public camps mandated to inspecton or license.
I've found many a nice camp not listed anywhere by asking at the local gas station or grocery. Those little mom & pops, city parks too small to need the minimum license requirement of 25 guests / night commonly required by law for licensure.
