I think of the bathroom fan as the main fan in the MH for two reasons. The first is to suck out the moisture from the showers as already mentioned.
The second reason is to help cool off the bedroom. If you shut the door between the bathroom and the rest of the MH, turn on the fan and open the bedroom windows, the fan will pull fresh cool air in through the bedroom windows to cool the bedroom off.
Don't worry about the black tank fumes. The flush only lasts 1 - 2 seconds. If you do get fumes, shut off the fan.
If and when you go to sell the MH, not having a second fan may deter some buyers if they think about the humidity issues.
