Best way to get paid for selling RV?
A lot of cash doesn't seem like a good idea. Certified checks can be forged. Wire transfer?

Except you give them the full payee name for the check at the bank, not before. How are they going to fake a check with the specific name you just gave them walking from the teller to you in the bank?
Just ask them how they want the check made out before you go. A bank check is no more secure than a personal check.
