You MAY have a right to be unhappy with the seller of the three year old RV due to how it was maintained and/or stored but CERTAINLY you have no issue with the manufacturer of the tires that are at a MINIMUM 3 years old and MAY OR MAY NOT have had adequate care. They MAY have been covered and may NOT have been covered all of the time and the RV MAY have been used aparingly or possibly not at all (which would be VERY bad for the tires). If you were wise you should be replacing the tires anyway with them weather checked as they are (from your photos). People put some REALLY bad stuff on tires to make them LOOK new and MOST of these products dry out tires badly. Yes they look good for a short time and loose a LOT of mileage from the tires. Someone who takes "meticulous care" of their RV would be an excellent candidate for using that type of product.
For what it's worth, I am ANYTHING but a Michelin fan as I've always considered them a good tire manufacturer who sells WAY over priced tires.
