I had a similar problem with a car michelin tire. I bought a 2007 hyundai sonata with 07 tire code and right after I got it home the tires were starting to surface crack. I was told to take it to a tire shop that handled michelins. First two shops said I would have to buy a new set and wait for michelin to pay me back and that it would take about 3months because they were very hard to work with. I then went to Americas tires and they replaced them instantly with a better set and they had no problems. They also said they were seeing problems with this on their truck tires lately. I just got a new set of michlin LTX2 for my trailer that I replaced my Tacoma (USA) tires that I got 8 years of service and just started to show a few cracks. I kept them covered all the time and used only 303 on them. I hope my new michlins will last like my last tires. Only time will tell.
